Because our products are offered at deeply discounted warehouse clearance pricing (up to 75% off retail), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or similar reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, we will replace it or issue a full refund. To qualify:
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check with neighbors and any secure locations on your property. If the package is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting us immediately at support@frostbuddy.com. After that window, orders are typically already being processed for shipment and cannot be cancelled.
